Surface Finishing Options We Offer

Improve appearance, durability, and performance with the right surface treatment.

As-Machined

Parts are delivered right after CNC machining, with visible tool marks and sharp edges. Fastest and most cost-effective finish. We can deburr edges if needed.

Mostly used on aluminum parts. Improves corrosion resistance and adds a clean, professional appearance. Type II offers color options; Type III (hard anodizing) adds durability.

Creates a dark, matte finish on steel. Provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces glare. Often used for shafts, gears, and fasteners.

A nitriding process for steel parts that improves wear resistance, surface hardness, and corrosion protection. Often used in automotive and tooling components.

A thin coating that protects steel from rust and gives a shiny or matte finish. Ideal for fasteners, brackets, and hardware.

Gives parts a smooth, matte texture by removing machining marks. Ideal for uniform appearance and product housings.

Removes a thin surface layer from metal to improve brightness and smoothness. Commonly used for stainless steel to reduce friction and enhance cleanability.

Used to remove burrs and sharp edges on small metal parts. Improves handling safety and gives a soft, matte finish. Suitable for bulk finishing.

Not sure which finish is best for your part? Just tell us the material and function — we’ll help you choose the right one.

CNC Machining Tolerances

We support a range of tolerances for both metal and plastic parts. Whether you need general machining or precision components, we’ll follow your drawing requirements — and let you know if anything needs adjusting.

Maximum Part Size

Milled parts up to 800mm x 500mm x 300mm; turned parts up to 500mm long, 300mm diameter.

For most projects: ±0.05mm for metals, ±0.10mm for plastics (ISO 2768-m by default).

Need tighter? We can go down to ±0.01mm or better, depending on geometry. Just show it on your drawing.

We can machine holes or walls as small as 0.5mm, depending on material and setup.

We support standard metric and imperial threads. Custom threads available on request.

All sharp edges are removed unless otherwise specified. Let us know if you need sharp features kept.

As-machined (typically Ra 3.2μm / 125 μin). We also support polishing, bead blasting, anodizing, and more.

Not sure what tolerance is right for your part? Send us your drawing — we’ll help check if it’s practical for your material and budget.
