What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We support low-volume orders. Some parts can be made from just one piece. The MOQ depends on the material and complexity—send us your drawing, and we’ll confirm.

Do you offer free samples?

Normally, we don’t offer free samples. But depending on the part and order potential, we may offer one—feel free to discuss with our sales team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, PayPal, and Western Union.
Our standard terms are 30% upfront, with the balance paid before shipment.
For long-term clients, OA terms (open account) may be available—please contact us for more details.

What materials can you work with?

Do you offer inspection reports?

Yes. Full inspection reports are available upon request, including dimension checks, hardness tests, and surface finish data.

Can you sign an NDA?

How fast is your lead time?

It depends on the part and quantity. Some orders can be shipped in just 1–3 days. We’ll give you an accurate lead time with the quote.

Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to visit our factory anytime—just contact us to arrange a time.

What if there’s a quality issue with my order?

It rarely happens—but if there’s ever a problem caused by us, we’ll work with you to fix it fast. This may include remakes, refunds, or other solutions depending on the case.

Can you help improve my design or drawing?

Yes. If we spot any issues with manufacturability or cost-effectiveness, we’ll let you know and suggest improvements. We’re happy to support DFM (design for manufacturing).
